When the mind is Tired use the Heart

When the mind is Tired use the Heart

When the mind is tired and busy with worries and anxieties and too much unnecessary unpleasant negative ‘story-telling’…….sit quietly in your own reverent presence, pay attention to the heart and bring it forth out into the open.It will speak of comfort and tenderness and loving, gentle resonance….listen to it,trust it and become it.
In order to end unnecessary suffering, the mind must be trained on how to be silent/still in meditation.Allow the heart to be unafraid to be left unprotected to allow all things and situations to be.Keep it continuously OPEN.When we fight and argue and be defensive with Life, it is like foolishly wanting to swim against the strongest of current. But when we allow ourselves to flow with the current(letting go of all attachments and clinging),we glide swiftly to become One with the great ocean, with the Universal Consciousness.

Our True Self

Our True Self

Our True Nature is Love, pure consciousness, goodness, kindness, benevolence and benediction…………but why have we forgotten our True Self?
As long as we live fearfully and convinced by what the illusory, noisy and enticing world indoctrinates unto us, we bypass the beauty within us that is nudging incessantly to awaken us to look within and find the treasures we are to discover and display and share! How can we listen to the call of our own Self?We start the practice of being aware of our own Presence,we watch ourselves,we learn to be present to wanting quiet time to see our preciousness in life, the potential goodness and peacefulness we can offer.Do we hanker and opt to be influenced by the crowd or could we choose to have courageous wisdom to stand up alone and listen to the voice beckoning from Within? Are we to waste our lives in fleeting reveries?

From the roots of evil….there will spring shoots of goodness
Just as surely as there is the darkness of night…it will dawn into the brightness of day
From the terrorism of fear…..there will come forth the Innate protection of strength and courage from within
From the abyss of hatred….there will be stairs leading up to compassion
In the end nothing remains permanent,
all will dissolve in the ocean of Love!

Meaningful time Alone

Meaningful time Alone

Being alone, the significance of taking time to quiet ourselves, time to reflect, renew and make changes…to not be afraid of witnessing our inner selves. We can start this moment by doing however little where we are……we can strive to make time in the later part of the night when all are asleep or getting up early on in the morning or any ‘down/break’ time during the day to sit and reflect/breathe in and out/learn to meditate/pray/say mantras, visualize (all in the knowing to end unnecessary sufferings and finding peace of mind) a few minutes, no need to be hard on ourselves….always flexible and easy to simply be.By starting out this way, we can learn to be aware and find some comfort to retreat to in difficult moments.Whatever we may be doing,we can practice the awareness of bringing gentleness and kindness towards ourselves and to others…..remembering to always be flexible with ourselves is a factor so we wont ‘break’when things don’t go as we expect or that we don’t expect too much of ourselves and others…………

There is a kaleidoscope of beauty we can meet within us when we truly sit with ourselves…….whatever our external circumstance is,we have this precious gems within waiting to be utilized.Instead of discounting all the beauty we are, we can start opening up to it and make it a reality, activate it in various ways,be creative when we have a glimpse of it.Thats how we can start breaking the barriers down from our hearts that blocks us from truly living fearlessly and kindly and nobly.
